Since it is back to school season upon us again; we are all getting back to our daily routine. But what does that mean for those that has just been in a motor vehicle accident ? Getting back to a routine is not easy and can feel stressful to go back to your...After my injury, I had no hope left. When Dana and Paul took on my case, they told me they would help me reach my goal to get money for the settlement. They took the time and had the patience to help me achieve my personal goals.
Dana had great suggestions for me. It was comforting to know what I should be prepared for, and how I should prepare. If I didn’t achieve goal 1, what would my second goal would be?
Plan A doesn’t always work. The team helped me to prepare myself to put 100% hope in the settlement, and for Plan B to be the best fallback.
I’m very satisfied with the money I got for the settlement – which was more than I expected with Paul’s support and hard work. The organization has great teamwork.
There are people that I have referred to Paul who are interested in legal matters, or accident disability, and some of them have already gotten their case going. In the future, for somebody that needs help, I would suggest them to go with PW Lawyers.
I was hoping that I could pay them back somehow. Perhaps this review is the best way.

To Whom It May Concern:
I write to express my thanks and gratitude to Mr. Paul Wilkins, LLB, for his professionalism and kindness with regards to the manner in which he handled my case
In 2009, I had a slip and fall accident at Yorkdale Mall, Toronto. I hit the left side of my body and head. I suffered severe trauma to my body and was hospitalized for one night. I suffered a concussion and was bruised in several parts of my body. When I was released from the hospital, I was dizzy, nauseous, and in pain. I also had problems walking. I was told by my doctors that I had a brain injury. For two years I suffered from the described symptoms, and also suffered from bouts of low-esteem as I was unable to work. During these two years, I underwent intense physical rehabilitation and counselling at Toronto Rehab.
In 2010, I went to see Paul Wilkins and his associates. Paul filed a claim on my behalf against Yorkdale Mall. Several meetings were called between Paul, myself and the Yorkdale lawyers. Paul led me through the process, and explained the protocol to me. He was very capable.
He treated me with patience and compassion. Finally, in 2016, the claim was settled. This would not have happened had it not been for Paul, and the professionalism manner in which he handled the case. I have the highest regard for Mr. Wilkins’ competence and expertise.Afua Cooper PW Lawyers - Long Term Disability Lawyers
